The reality that 14% of European employees are engaged recommends that the majority of European supervisors struggle to do either. They identify that the manager-employee relationship is the most essential chauffeur of engagement and natural growth, and they come close to the task of raising engagement with the same rigor, technique, and dedication that they approach various other company problems.

Fortunately is that most of Europeans are disengaged yet not discontented. They are remaining on the sidelines, waiting to be inspired. They are winnable, and business can fix this void by far better furnishing their supervisors with the learning and growth they require to be better individuals managers.
